TreloarAI, Inc. sends SMS messages only when both of the following are true: (a) you have provided a phone number through our Inquiries form, and (b) you have checked the SMS consent checkbox on that form.
We do not send unsolicited SMS messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any service or product.
2. What We Send
- Response confirmations to your inquiry.
- Inquiry follow-up messages.
- Status updates related to your inquiry.
3. Frequency
Typical message frequency is one to five messages per month. For many inquiries, the frequency may be zero. We do not use SMS for marketing campaigns.
4. Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to immediately unsubscribe from SMS messages.
Reply HELP for assistance.
5. Costs
Standard message and data rates may apply per your carrier's plan. TreloarAI does not charge you for SMS messages.
6. Privacy
Phone numbers are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS records are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
